the following terms apply to you and your use of the inthewilderness.com directory. you are required to agree to these terms to become a part of the inthewilderness.com. violation of these terms may lead to termination of your membership and exclusion from future use of the service. the following constiute the rules of conduct on the inthewilderness.com web site.
- in using inthewilderness.com you agree to our terms and conditions stated below, if these terms and conditions change and you persist to use this website you have agreed to these changes and or modifications.
- i do not guarantee that the content provided is completely accurate or reliable. in fact some of it may probably is inaccurate and unreliable.
- no responsibility is taken by me for the failure or delay in removing damaging, inaccurate, or offensive material.
- proprietary rights; all content provided by inthewilderness.com is protected by copyright, trade marks, or other proprietary rights and laws, unless it is mentioned otherwise by inthewilderness.com you agree not to sell, license, rent, transmit, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, publicity display or perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from such content.
- through the use of the services provided by inthewilderness.com, you agree that you will not upload or post any content that may be deemed to be defamatory, degrading, or otherwise unlawful, or that may constitute an infringement of any copyright or other proprietary right.
- i cannot guarantee that visitors to this site will follow these terms and expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from or relating to any failure to comply with such terms & condition.
- i do not guarantee the safety of any material contained within or downloaded from the website and shall incur no liability for damage caused to your computer system or data.
- anonymous names are not allowed. it is pointless being listed if other people cannot identify you, and i'd think you had something to hide.
- you agree not to use your access to inthewilderness.com for any commercial purpose with the exception of professional planning of a reunion.
- i do not allow junk mailing of registrants or solicitations for commercial purposes. i won't sell these lists and i'd appreciate you not doing so.
- to protect your privacy and safeguard you from potential spam, i do not allow email addresses or urls in user details. well i'm trying to keep them out, but you users are tricky.
- you agree not to publish information found in the directory without obtaining written permission from inthewilderness.com.
- you agree to keep your input to these lists within the conventions of good taste. i'm not going to be searching the directory looking for inappropriate material, but if someone brings something to my attention, i will act on it.
- you agree that your registration is for your exclusive use and is not to be shared with others.
- sending messages on inthewilderness.com is designed as a way for users to communicate with other users. misuse or abuse of this feature will result in the immediate termination of registration.
- inthewilderness.com reserves the right to refuse registration or access to anyone who we feel is abusing the service or exploiting it in a way which is detrimental to inthewilderness.com or our registered users.
- inthewilderness.com reserves the right to begin charging users for any of the services offered. sufficient notice will be given to members prior to the introduction of charges. but it'll probably be only a nominal fee. i've gotta pay the hosting.
